    Victoria (Vicki) has been in the Home Care Industry for 16 years and owner of Right at Home Snohomish County; my profession is Supervisor of Direct Care Services, Operations for our company. We provide in home personal care services “wherever home may be” in a personal residence or community with certified caregivers.

  • How do you describe your dream client or customer?

    Our ideal customer is usually the overwhelmed eldest child/daughter of a senior client that is looking for extra assistance for her family member, a mother/father, spouse, or neighbor/friend. We can serve clients over 18, those with adults with disabilities/special needs and/or seniors aging in place in home or at a local care facility including an assisted living, independent living, or those discharging from a rehabilitation facility or hospital. Our dream client, well, we are such an inclusive company that we have helped people of every nationality, gender, as well as assisting those who are gender diverse.
