For 32 years Molly worked with thousands of women and developed some of the most successful leaders in all of Aloette Cosmetics. Her franchise was one of the top 10 franchises for over 20 years. During this time, she developed training programs, a Managers Manual and calendar program and much more. Molly continued to invest in her personal growth through constant participation with leading teachers and trainers in marketing and sales throughout the country. Molly was one of the earliest winners of Aloette’s Eagle Award for her contributions to Aloette.

Molly has co-authored 2 books—“Image Power” and “Mom Entrepreneur Extraordinaire”.
In January of 2014, looking for a new opportunity, Molly spread her wings once more when she got certified and trained to be a permanent makeup artist. Carefree Beauty Permanent Makeup was born. Molly’s goal from that moment on was to learn the skills necessary to build this new business quickly. Molly continues to add to her skill set by attending annual training, developing new skills and improving on her existing ones.

April 1, 2015, Molly turned her part time permanent makeup business into a full-time business after selling her cosmetics franchise and in a year turned Carefree Beauty Permanent Makeup into a six-figure income using the skills she’d developed over her previous 32 years in business. Molly has enjoyed a very successful business for the last 11 years working exclusively in her Lynnwood location inside Salon Zuberenz.

This past year, Molly once again is branching out to help women beauty business owners create a blueprint for daily operations to increase profits without stress. Offering a DIY course and coaching. Molly has met so many beauty business owners that struggle with running a business successfully and wants to share what she has learned in the last 42 years and speed up their learning curve to help them become financially successful much faster without stress.
