Cyndi has over 17 years of experience as a business relationship marketing strategist. She founded Exceptional Connections® Networking in 2009 out of a deep burning desire to fulfill her I AM statement – I AM an Exceptional Connector! As the Chief Champion Connector, she has become a leader and a person of influence, guiding hundreds of business professionals to achieve long-term meaningful relationships. Exceptional Connections proudly celebrated its 15th Anniversary, marking a decade and a half of fostering meaningful relationships, empowering business professionals, and enriching the business community through authentic connection and collaboration.
Our Exceptional Connections® networking luncheons are hosted on the second Tuesday of each month on the Eastside, Washington. These events offer a refreshing, relationship-based approach to networking through fun and engaging hybrid online and live experiences. In May of 2016, Cyndi Piloted our first “Educational Series For Networking Mastery” – powered by Exceptional Connections®. This series of 2 to 3-hour SkillShops features world class trainers who offer members an opportunity to escape working ON their business so that they can work IN their business, refresh themselves, and sharpen their saws to be more effective, efficient, and exceptional at what they do best.
As an avid gardener, Cyndi finds immense joy in nurturing both her garden and the relationships around her. She passionately dedicates herself to being an exceptional connector, cultivating meaningful, lasting connections in all aspects of life. Inspired by her love for gardening, Cyndi created her signature 6-Step Process, “Cultivating Wisdom: Lessons Gleaned from My Garden,” which reflects her philosophy of growth, connection, and tending to relationships with care and intention.
In November 2023, Cyndi launched our Champion Connector program, continuing her mission to support others in achieving exceptional business relationships. At its core, the Champion Connector Program is designed to elevate personal and business relationships through deeper connection, meaningful collaboration, and a strong sense of community.
Cyndi also hosts annual Garden Parties, creating environments where relationships can be nurtured and thrive—a concept she calls “Relationship Gardening,” just like her flourishing garden. Through these gatherings, she fosters a lovely environment for connections to deepen and grow, much like the care and attention she gives to her abundant vegetable, herb, and flower garden. These events are thoughtfully crafted to cultivate spaces where relationships can truly blossom and thrive. Cyndi is a devoted wife, proud mother of three incredible adult children whom she homeschooled, and a loving grandmother to 14 cherished grandchildren. She is also a contributing author in an audio compilation on Women of Influence.
